Film & Photo Shoots
Armidale Showground’s venues provide open-plan, multi-use spaces which are ideal for photo shoots. Both the Main Pavilion and Trade Pavilion are traditional agricultural heritage-listed buildings, with impressive clear space and easy access on all sides. The Exhibition Centre provides opportunities for sets that may include large backdrops or equipment, such as tractors. There are also a number of mobile containers associated with the Exhibition Centre that can be used as onsite lock-up sheds or office space.
Parking for heavy vehicles is plentiful throughout the Showground and on-site catering is available. The Showground ring offers enough space for multiple, large marquees, platforms or tents and there are plentiful stables and yards if required.
